Under Deck Down Under: Chef Ryan wreaks havoc in the mid-season trailer

Under Deck Down Under has delivered one of the most dramatic seasons in the history of the cruise ship franchise.

And things are about to get wilder, with the newly released mid-season trailer teasing explosive clashes and steamy flings.

Ryan McKeown is at the center of all the drama, with the chef outspoken losing control and clashing with Aesha Scott and Captain Jason Chambers.

In one scene, he complains that Aesha’s laughter is fake during a hot dinner party.

He then shouted at flight attendant Magda Ziomek, probably for being friendly with Aesha, shouting: ‘You two faced asshole!’

Aesha is later seen crying in her bed, sobbing to Brittini Burton: ‘I’m so proud of my hard work.’

Chef Ryan then gets his share of Captain Jason himself during a heated clash in the kitchen.

“Let me finish my dinner and you can talk as you please,” Ryan said nonchalantly.

‘No, no, now listen,’ Jason replied. ‘I don’t want your attitude. I’m your captain. If you want to raise it three decibels, I’ll raise it by four!’

Chef Ryan continues to cause havoc and is later seen losing control at a nightclub during a wild altercation.

‘Call me a loser, man!’ she screamed as producers were forced to physically restrain her.

Ryan’s colleagues were seen at a nearby booth looking shocked as Ryan kicked the table and sent shattered Corona bottles to the ground.

The trailer also shows more of the tension between Bosun Jamie Sayed and Captain Jason, as well as the romance between Brittini and Culver Bradbury.

Many viewers branded Chef Ryan as ‘the worst chef in Lower Deck history’ for his stubbornness in the kitchen and disgruntled personality.

‘That is the laziest, most arrogant, selfish and disrespectful chef I have ever seen in any of the Under Deck series. Chief Stew Aesha is confident and very patient with her. He’s crazy,’ one growled.

“Imagine paying $20,000 to stay on a yacht for two nights and getting Ryan’s poisoned food,” another tweeted. “I would be very disappointed.”

On the latest episode of the series, Captain Jason began calling to find a potential replacement for McKeown.

“I’ve had problems with chefs before,” he told producers. ‘The chef is famous for being a little tough here and there.’

‘And having a back-up chef, that might be a good idea,’ he added.

Jason then contacted his former co-workers to see if he could join in to replace Chef Ryan.

‘I might need you to hang on if I have a flaming chef. Interested?’ he texted.
