Simon Cowell has revealed that he mocks a plate of beans for toast before going to a fancy restaurant with Lauren Silverman’s fiancée, where he will eat nothing.
The 62-year-old music mogul has admitted that he has developed a habit of avoiding eating in public and “will not like anything on the menu” anyway.
Having lost 20 Ibs in the last two years, he has reshaped his lifestyle after breaking his back in 2020 when he crashed his electric bike near his home in Malibu.

Rejecting rumors of weight loss surgery, he told the Sun: “I do not eat much. I do not enjoy it so much. I prefer to drink a beer than to eat, any day of the week.
“Sometimes when we go out to dinner, because I know I’ll hate food, I’m toasted beans before I go and then I’m not eating anything.”
He went on to confess that he “can not afford” to go to “awful big parties or weddings” where the food is “horrible” and he likes to follow a regulated diet.
The Syco founder actually visited a Harley Street doctor, who reprimanded him after inspecting his urine sample.

He said ironically: “He did my job in the blood and peed all the rest, and a month later the results came and his words were: ‘You have the worst diet of any customer I have ever seen in my life. you’ve had a student diet since the 1960s. “
Having previously indulged in too many pies, Simon soon found that he was banned from eating red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten, which he claimed was “stuck enough”.
His nutritious breakfast now sees him in a green smoothie, along with a sugar-free Alpben bar, tea and oat milk, while his lunch is grilled tomatoes and soup – adding how Pizza was the hardest to give up.
Simon has revised his lifestyle in recent years and one of the changes he has made is to choose to drink Skinny Lager when he wants to have a drink, reportedly enjoying two bottles a night.

A report last year reported that Simon has become such an “absolute fan” of beverages – which have just 89 calories per bottle – that he decided to invest in the company.
The star reshaped his lifestyle after breaking his back in 2020 when he crashed his electric bike near his home in Malibu and now has regular sleeping and exercise habits and has lost more than 20 pounds.
He suffered complications from fusion surgery on his vertebrae, which required him to stay in bed for six months.
In addition to walking 40 miles a week, the X Factor boss has reorganized his work schedule to ensure he starts business meetings only after 9 p.m. instead of organizing conferences in the early morning hours as before.

A source in the past MailOnline: “Simon said he has not worn so many gyms for 20 years. He feels better than ever and follows a regular routine instead of talking on the phone until the early hours of the morning.
As part of his life transformation, Simon proposed to his longtime girlfriend Lauren Silverman, 44, on Christmas Eve in Barbados.
Despite his previous vows never to walk down the aisle, a confidant has previously claimed that the last two years – during which the global pandemic struck and the star broke his back – made Simon change his attitude.

The source told People: “They are having fun together, and that they are each other’s rock. They are both passionate, but they really make the best of each other. As a family, everyone has such an incredible bond.
“A lot of things have happened in recent years and like everyone else in the world, all of these things have reminded us of what is valuable to them.”
Simon may once have described marriage as “boring,” but according to a new report, it was during the lockdown that something changed with Lauren.
The brunette beauty is said to have urged him to dedicate himself to their family life and “give priority to the present” instead of spending time with his famous exes.
A friend told the Sun that “no one is more shocked by the change in Simon in recent years than Simon”, but Lauren told her she needed a “commitment to family life”.
They explained: “It is not surprising that he did not appreciate Simon hanging out and vacationing with the harem of his ex, especially Sinitta who was hidden forever in the shadows.
“Simon was said with uncertainty that it was him or his ex – Sinita, Terry Seymour and Jackie St. Clare – and he wisely chose to prioritize his present and his future, not his past.
WHAT IS E-BIKE?
An e-bike is a regular bike with the addition of a battery-powered engine. When you pedal, the engine starts to inject extra power up to a maximum speed of 15 mph – the legal limit.
Any faster than this and you should go under your own steam.
Electronic bicycles have gears and brakes. You have complete control of the engine and you can turn it on and off as often as you like.
There is no need to worry about running out of battery, as if it runs out, you can just keep riding like you would on a regular bike.
Simon was riding a Das Spitzing Evolution S-Pedelec bike, which costs over 7921 £ and has a top speed of 27 miles per hour.
The bike has been described as “one for professionals”, as the lighter frame and battery have no limits when riding uphill or downhill.
The power pack has a torque of 120 Nm that provides support up to 550% for your own pedal performance on request.
The combination of the FOX suspension with a travel of up to 160 mm on the front and rear wheels and the 650+ tires provides greater pedal comfort on uphills.
