For breakfast, Rebels tend to enjoy a bowl of quinoa porridge with blueberries or an organic egg.

She has fish like trout and smoked salmon or skinless chicken breast for lunch with vegetables.

For dinner, Rebel enjoys more protein and vegetables but in smaller portions.

The Mayr Rebel Method diet plan also includes a choice of beverages such as green tea and water.

Rebel revealed on The Drew Barrymore Show in 2020 that his previous diet was high in carbohydrates and sugar.

According to the Sunday Mirror, the Australian star checked into the Vivamayr Altaussee health center in Austria to begin her weight loss.

The publication reports that sugar, alcohol and caffeine are all banned at the center, while dinner is frowned upon and guests are taught to chew each mouthful 40 times.

The center’s weight-care program costs $5097 for a week while a two-week program can cost up to $9500.

According to the website, ‘the Vivamayr Weight Treatment program is aimed at optimizing your body weight and consists of both fixed and variable parts.’

Rebel also recently shared a very simple way to lose 35kg by walking.

He told Apple Fitness+ in January that walking — rather than doing endless high-intensity exercise — was actually his secret weapon for weight loss.

Rebel said a doctor at a wellness retreat had advised her to start walking, insisting it was the ‘best way’ for her to lose weight.

‘The doctor said to me, ‘Rebel, the best way for you to lose unwanted body fat is just by walking,” he explained.

‘It doesn’t have to be high-intensity, it doesn’t have to be uphill, just walk one hour a day. And if you can do it, for you, for your body type, it’s, like, the best way to get rid of unwanted body fat.’

To keep her walks interesting, Rebels says she often listens to podcasts.
