Rebel Wilson has denied that she lost weight using the Mayr Method diet plan.
The Bridesmaids star, 42, has lost more than 35kg (77lbs or 5.5) in the past 18 months, and her weight loss has been largely attributed to a strategy developed by Austrian doctor Dr Franz Xaver Mayr.
However, she distanced herself from the Mayr Method in a statement on Instagram on Monday, telling her 10.6 million followers: ‘This has never been my diet.’
