A clip of a nine-year-old girl passing out next to her father on a rollercoaster has become an instant online hit.

Molly Barrett told her father AJ Barrett that she wanted to ride a giant roller coaster on a family vacation to the Gold Coast after realizing she met the ride’s height requirements.

“Be careful what you wish for… the only way is… we’ll never do anything like this again, ever,” AJ can be heard saying as the nervous couple hike up.

Molly could be heard screaming for a moment before passing out on the way back. He remained unconscious for about five seconds as the journey continued to launch the pair through the air.

“We were shot into the night sky at around 6G and couldn’t see much and trying to keep the horizon in your view was very difficult,” AJ said on Channel 7. Sunrise.

“There was an instant scream from Molly and then; blackout, wake up, scream, blackout.

“It was Molly’s idea to go on a trip. He saw it from our previous trip.

“He could see it from our hotel window and that was the first thing he mentioned when we arrived was ‘where’s the catapult?’ as has been transferred.”

He said the family was “gobsmacked” after the video reached more than two million views on TikTok.

“I took one for the team, because he really wanted to do it,” he said. “Molly shines on all the rides at Gold Coast SeaWorld and Warner Bros and Movie World.

“He goes on whatever trips allow him at his height, most of the time tying up his mother and sister to go with him, and I, of course.

“This is the idea. Once he finds out he meets the height restriction, he won’t give up. “When we get off the ride, we can watch the video. We all literally burst out laughing.”
