Meghan Markle News: Sussex faces Netflix nightmare as company struggles | Kingdom | News

Reed Hastings, CEO of Netflix, said: “Those who have followed Netflix know that I am against the complexity of advertising, and a huge fan of the simplicity of subscriptions.

“But, as much as I am a fan of that, I am a fan of greater consumer choice.”

Netflix now expects to lose two million subscribers in the next quarter, and its poor performance is impacting the value of similar shares in Disney, Roku and Warner Bros., which owns HBO.

According to the Telegraph, 215,000 Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts were discontinued in the first quarter in the UK alone.
