Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle is reportedly facing problems with her attempt to trademark the centuries-old word ‘archetype’.

Royal expert Richard Eden has revealed this in his recent article for Other Emails.

She said, “ENJOYING my disclosure that the Duchess of Sussex has trademarked the Old English word ‘archetype’, the name of her new podcast series, I can reveal that she is facing challenges from a company trying to make dating and luxury goods. brand.”

The royal expert further revealed, “US-based Project Miracle IP Holdings has also submitted a paper seeking to trademark the word ‘archetype’.”

The most worrying aspect for Meghan, 40, is the company’s possible encroachment into her media space, she said, adding Project Miracle also wants its trademark to include ‘interactive media’.

A decision on the trademark application will be made in the coming weeks.

Previously, there were reports that Meghan Markle had trademarked the word ‘archetype’.

The former actress announced last month that her first podcast series for Spotify will be called Archetypes.
