Spencer star Kristen Stewart takes on a new challenge when she lands the lead in Bloody Lying Lovea new romantic thriller.
The actress teamed up with British director and screenwriter Rose Glass for this new project.
Glass has a background in writing and directing scary films as she previously saw success with her 2019 psychological horror Saint Maud.
Glass write together Bloody Lying Lovea film that promises to delve into the intense world of competitive bodybuilding, with Weronika Tofilska.

This film is set to show the extreme lengths a bodybuilder goes to to succeed in the high pressure industry.
Moviegoers will see Stewart portray a thrilling romance as he plays the bodybuilder’s patron lover.
It is currently unknown which actress will play opposite Stewart in the romance story. However, producers are reportedly looking for someone as authentic as possible to portray the character.
The upcoming film is backed by A24, the production company behind films like Uncut Gems, Midsummer, Minari and, most recently, Everything Everywhere All At Once.
Film4 is developing a romantic thriller with Glass and Tofilska, and plans to finance the film with A24.

Stewart rose to fame in 2008 after appearing with Robert Pattinson in the teen fantasy film Late afternoon.
Since then he has worked in a variety of different genres throughout his career with leading roles in The happiest season and Charlie’s Angel.
She recently received her first Oscar nomination for her performance as the late Princess Diana in a biopic Spencerdirected by Pablo Larraín.
With filming yet to start, it’s unknown when Bloody Lying Love will arrive on the silver screen. However, Stewart fans can soon see it in David Cronenberg’s Future Crime Besides Lord of the Rings stars Viggo Mortensen and No Time to Die Lea Seydoux.
