Bonnie makes her first appearance in Neighbor as Bea in 2018 and introduced as the estranged half-sister of Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta). He is soon embroiled in a major dramatic storyline, as it is revealed that his girlfriend Patrick is actually the evil Finn Kelly (Rob Mills), who previously put Bea’s aunt Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne) in the hospital.
He left Ramsay Street in 2021, deciding to take a road trip with the new Sheila Canning after forming a friendship with her.
After she left, Bonnie said she felt she had “reached a point where I could take it all and was ready to continue soaring elsewhere”, adding that she would “absolutely” consider reprising the role in the future.
If the actress wants to return, she must hurry, because it has been confirmed that Neighbor will end this summer after 37 years on the air due to funding issues.
Neighbor airs weekdays at 1:45 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Channel 5 and streams on My5. In Australia, the show airs Monday through Thursday 6:30pm on 10 Peach and streams on 10 Play.
