Sienna Miller has revealed that she is blown away by the actress who plays her daughter in her new series Scandal Anatomy.
When appearing on One Show with her co-star Rupert Friend last week, Miller said that Amelie Bea Smith also voiced Peppa in Peppa Pig, with the actress calling it a “mic-drop moment” meeting her.
The actress, who shares a daughter named Marlowe with her ex-fiancé Tom Sturridge, revealed that she had gotten a voice note from Amelie on her phone and that her lucky little girl even got to FaceTime with her.
“She’s the voice of Peppa Pig,” Miller told hosts Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas. “It’s a mic drop. I’m going to have him on FaceTime for my daughter all day being Peppa, I have voice notes… I’m totally blown away.
“I mean it’s your snooze alarm, right when you have a newborn, so I feel indebted to her for the extra hours of sleep.”
Cartoon pigs do give parents some extra time here and there, so the star-hit actress is pretty understandable.
Miller and Friend are currently starring in a Netflix mini-series based on Sarah Vaughan’s novel of the same name, which has a lot of twists and turns if you’re looking for something to enjoy.
It follows lawmaker James Whitehouse who goes on trial for raping a parliamentary intern, however, he alleges the meeting that night was consensual and part of a five-month affair that often involved them having sex at work.
The ending was crucial to the show for a second season with the story there to continue if given the green light.
Scandal Anatomy season 1 now available on Netflix.
